Für Genießer ist allerdings Zweiteres, das Bauernladenstüberl ein heißer Tipp: Denn dort gibt es nachweislich den besten Käse Österreichs. Im Sommer 2018 gewann Familie Aichhorn („Kreebauer“) vom Bauernladenstüberl mit der Genusskrone die höchste und nur alle 2 Jahre vergebene Auszeichnung aller Direktvermarkter des Landes für den besten Schnittkäse Österreichs 2018 und 2019. Diesen Gaumenschmaus sollte man sich keinesfalls entgehen lassen.

The Laireiter Alm is located at 1,850 m directly next to the Grossarltal panorama station. It offers space for 300 to 350 people in the interior. When the weather is fine, up to 500 people can enjoy the sun on our spacious terrace.
